Testing & Education Reference Center is free, available 24/7, and can be accessed by any device.  

 A valid Mabel C. Fry Public Library card must be used to access this electronic resource. Canadian County residents may get a free library card by visiting the library at 1200 Lakeshore Drive. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to apply.
