Yukon Chamber of Commerce Scholarship applications are now available in the counseling office. Seniors must be employed by a Yukon Chamber member business or is a child/grandchild of a Chamber member business owner, or the child/grandchild of a chamber members employee. Application must be received by 5pm or postmarked before Monday April 6th, 2020.

OSU/OKC: The President’s Leadership Scholarship at OSU-OKC recognizes outstanding students who have demonstrated talent and distinguished achievement in the areas of leadership, citizenship, service and communication. The scholarship is comprised of a full-tuition waiver for up to 15 credit hours each fall and spring semester, including fees and a $500 book stipend. ASMC Sequoyah Chapter Scholarship Program: The objectives of the ASMC National Scholarship program

is to recognize outstanding graduating high school seniors for academic achievement, to provide financial assistance to seniors

The foundation gives a scholarship to a senior in the Oklahoma City Metro. Through this Scholarship, we provide a student with an opportunity to achieve their goal of higher education. This Scholarship is built on the principles of opportunity, personal success, and leadership. This is a need-based scholarship for students who are putting effort into receiving a higher education. This Scholarship is given to honor Gregorio Lopez, Evalia Huerta, Roberto Lara, and Ana Rosa Lara, who all believed in a better future.

SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION INFORMATION
Wichita State University invites select high school seniors to participate in the Distinguished Scholarship Invitational (DSI) in November 2020. This is one of the area’s most prominent scholarship competitions, including three $64,000 Harry Gore Memorial Scholarships—three of the largest annual undergraduate scholarships in Kansas. While DSI is open to students of any major, click here to find information regarding competition requirements and additional scholarship opportunities.

Featured Scholarships
PASSAGE SCHOLARS: $8,000 - $20,000
This special award will be provided to at least ten first-generation students with financial need who compete in the Distinguished Scholarship Invitational. Awards are dispersed in amounts ranging from $2,000-$5,000 per year. 
 
ANNA ELIZABETH WALSH HUMANITIES SCHOLARSHIP: Up to $50,000
An annual award covering most tuition, fees, books and on-campus room and board for an incoming freshman majoring in creative writingEnglishmodern and classical languages and literatures (Spanish and French), historyphilosophyreligion (field major), or women's studies. Renewable for up to four years or until bachelor’s degree completion, whichever comes first.

RUDD SCHOLARSHIP: Full-Ride
The Rudd Scholarship is a competitive, 4-year award designed to pay any remaining costs associated with tuition and fees, books and supplies, and room and board after accounting for all other grants, scholarships, and financial awards. The full-ride scholarships will go to 25 Kansas seniors who have the option to attend Wichita State, Emporia State, or Fort Hays State. SEDGWICK COUNTY ACCESS GRANT: $250 - $4,000 per year
